Resting off the ground on two crossing stone walls, the Finca Aguy Retreat changes the game of prefab homes. Like most prefabricated homes, this one was constructed off site and transported once it was completed. But this one can also just as easily be removed without leaving any evidence of it ever existing. Clad in corrugated metal, the two matching volumes are completely lined with timber and feature an open living area in the center, with two identical en-suite bedrooms on either end. A cantilever deck runs the width of the exterior, extending out from its stone foundation toward the Uruguayan olive grove for unreal views of the surrounding landscape.
