Built to resemble the crashed vessels that line the shore, Shipwreck Lodge is a remote African getaway. Set on the Namibian coast, it offers eight twin or double rooms and two family tents, all ensuite and solar-powered, set around a lounge and restaurant. Activities include game drives with elephant and desert lion, sunset viewings from the top of the sand dunes, and 4×4 excursions to the Clay Castles.
